The heat pump is running but outlet water temperature can’t meet requirement.
For the outlet water temperature, a normal air source heat pump can produce hot water of 55℃ to 60℃ at most ambient conditions, but at very low ambient temp conditions, it outlet water temp difficult to run more than 50℃.
If indoor unit combined with radiator, which is 1950s coal-fired boiler companion, now still in the countryside using, the outlet water temp of air source heat pump will not meet the requirement, as radiator requirements water temperature of at least 60 ℃ or more, so the combination of these two devices comes out problem which inevitably not meet the heating temperature.
How to solve this problem?
To make air source heat pump efficient and stable operation, first, change the form of the indoor terminal, reduce water temperature requirement, which reduces the heat pump condensing pressure, then the compressor would reduce the pressure difference, to achieve stable and efficient operation purpose; the second way is from the heat pump itself to solve the problem, if a heat pump can withstand both low temperature and produce high temperature water, then this problem also solved. Such as EVI technology, frequency conversion technology.
